The Ardèche gastronomy

You come to spend a stay in our camp-site in Ardèche? Here are all the dishes and restaurants you will not miss in your visit!

Specialties of the Ardèche

The gastronomy of the Ardèche could be summed up in three words: authentic, friendly and gourmet. In the region, the emphasis is on local products and their freshness. And it must be admitted, the cuisine is rather rich: charcuterie, potatoes and cheese are often honored, as are the chestnuts and blueberries, key ingredients of desserts.

Among the specialties to be tested, do not miss the Cousina (chestnut soup), the cake (grated potato cake), the Maoch, pork stuffed stuffed or pork in the Cévenole.

Côté du Vivarais, IGP Ardèche, and quality AOC wines.
